Dorothy Whittamore Page, 87, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Holston Valley Medical Center. Mrs. Page was born on August 9, 1927 in Erwin, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Harold Thomas Daniel and Iris B. Jones Daniel. She was a housewife and was a former member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Whittamore; her second husband, Theron Page; one great granddaughter, Jaden Celeste Venable; one brother, Bill Daniel; and three sisters, Doris Rutherford, Betty Armstrong and...

Dorothy Whittamore Page, 87, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Holston Valley Medical Center. Mrs. Page was born on August 9, 1927 in Erwin, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Harold Thomas Daniel and Iris B. Jones Daniel. She was a housewife and was a former member of St. Matthews United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James Whittamore; her second husband, Theron Page; one great granddaughter, Jaden Celeste Venable; one brother, Bill Daniel; and three sisters, Doris Rutherford, Betty Armstrong and Sue Hendrickson.
Survivors include her son, Jerry Whittamore and wife Nancy; one daughter, Jennifer Frey and husband Chip; five grandchildren, Stoney Casteel, Jason Casteel, Christy Sinclair, Katie Faulkner, and Carrie Williams; nine great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; two brothers, Jack Daniel and wife Betty Lee and Jim Daniel; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 29, 2015 from 2:00pm until 3:00pm at East Lawn Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life Service for Mrs. Dorothy Whittamore Page will be held Sunday, March 29, 2015 at 3:00pm in the East Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jim Daniel officiating. A private burial will be held in the Christus Garden of East Lawn Memorial Park.
